Our beautiful caravan park is set in the small rural village of Cockerham, which is not only a stunning location but also within easy reach of many amenities, scenic countryside spots and larger cities. This means that there are a great number of things to do while you are staying with us at Moss Wood, and you won’t be short of an activity or fascinating place to visit on holiday.
There is also the option of discovering one of the many towns and cities in the area, if you feel like tracing some history. The fascinating city of Lancaster is only a 15 minute drive, has modern features in abundance and a rich heritage in landmarks such as the castle and cathedral. For somewhere more coastal, Blackpool is under an hour away, and will come in handy if you want to entertain younger children on the beach or take older children to the Pleasure Beach theme park.
