Our thirteen acre southerly camping field has spectacular views over Weymouth Bay, the venue for the 2012 Olympic sailing events, and the rolling hills of the surrounding Dorset countryside.
There are two modern toilet blocks both with showers, hairdryer points, shaver points and washing-up facilities. The lower block also has disabled facilities and a laundry room. There is a further separate laundry room next to the upper toilet block and shop.
The camp shop operates seasonally and is well stocked with basic provisions as well as camping essentials including gas and freezer packs.
We are fully licensed for tents and motor-homes (sorry no hook-ups) and welcome families/couples and coast path walkers only.
Whether you are first-timers or seasoned campers we are sure that you will find our park the perfect place to explore, not only the treasures and beauty of the immediate area, but the wealth of attractions and things to do only a short distance away.
Our British Horse Society approved riding school is situated in a picturesque setting overlooking a valley and lakes and caters for most abilities. Whether you are a first time rider wanting a ½ hour lesson or an experienced rider, we can cater for most.
We are a Pony Club Centre whose objectives are to encourage young people to ride and to learn to enjoy all kinds of sport connected with horses and riding, to give instruction in riding and horse mastership and to educate Members to look after and to take proper care of their animal, and to promote the highest ideals of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty to create strength of character and self-discipline.
