We are a family run campsite in Skipsea, East Yorkshire and we have created the sort of place we would like to visit, we hope you will feel the same.
We accommodate caravans, tents and motor homes, there is also a glamping shepherds hut for hire.
The main building on the field has the ladies and gents toilets, washbasins and showers, electric sockets for hairdryers and two shaver sockets in the gents. There is an indoor room with two sinks for washing dishes and vegetable preparation, also tourist information.
There is a separate room for anyone who is less able bodied, and it consists of a normal height toilet, a low-level washbasin and mirror, there are handrails by the washbasin and toilet. Free hot water for showers and dishwashing. Electric hook-ups are 10amp, some pitches are hard standing.
The play/games field, which is just off the main field, is ideal for ball games and consists of three acres of mown grass, but please note there is no play equipment in this field.
We have planted trees and created a very popular walk along the edge of our farm field. Visitors are welcome to exercise their dog along this area, which is just across the road.
